THE FLATLINE FITNESS STORY
Where It Began
Flatline Fitness began as an idea in 2019 in Fort Worth, Texas in order to provide comprehensive health and fitness services to everyone, whether you are a novice lifter or a competitive athlete. We started as a simple health and fitness podcast wanting to bring the most to our listeners but soon wanted more. We wanted to provide an exemplary example of what proper coaching and personal training should look like. Our team wanted to combine the latest research on training and nutrition with tried and true techniques to bring the best out of everyone. Our goal is to build a community for everyone to find exactly what they need to succeed.
