SYDNEY MILANI BS, SCC
Flatline Fitness Coach and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Strength and Conditioning Coach, Team USA Bobsledder, NCAA Track and Field All-American and 3x state record holder. Sydney has experience coaching Olympic athletes, both active and retired Naval Special Warfare Operators and special team personnel including CIA, FBI, and Green Team. Her experience allows her to prepare you for the demands of sport specifics, combat readiness, or quality of life.

HAILEY VON BORCK, MS
Flatline Fitness Sport and Exercise Psychology Specialist, Sport Science Researcher, and Mental Performance Coach
Haley received her M.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport & Exercise Psychology from Texas Christian University and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is passionate about becoming a clinical sport psychologist and is preparing to pursue a doctorate. Her work focuses on helping individuals strengthen their mental game through evidence-based mental performance coaching, psychological assessment, and a supportive space for processing the demands of high-performing environments. In addition to her applied work, she remains actively engaged in research that advocates for underrepresented populations in sports.

GARRETT AUGSBURGER PhD, CSCS, CES

Fitness and Wellness Specialist
Garrett founded Flatline Fitness with the goal of combining the latest health science research with time-proven techniques in order to optimize health and fitness results. He is an experienced corporate fitness trainer, coach and researcher. His passion lies in body composition enhancement, as well as mastering the body's biorhythms. He received his Master's degree in Exercise Science from Texas Christian University where he researched the circadian rythyms of exercise performance and where he remains as an adjunct faculty member. He recieved his Ph.D. in 2025 in Health Science where he spent time researching the enhancement of sport and exercise performance.

ANGELINA PANAGOPOULOS
Flatline Fitness Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer
Angelina Panagopoulos is a Personal Trainer and Nutritional Coach at Flatline Fitness, offering both in-person and virtual coaching to help clients feel strong, confident, and comfortable in their bodies.
She works with a wide range of athletes and clients, specializing in general health and sustainable lifestyle change, muscle development and confidence building.
As an NPC Bikini Athlete, Angelina brings firsthand experience from the competitive fitness world. Her dedication to both the physical and mental aspects of training has equipped her with the knowledge and passion to help others achieve their own version of success.
Currently, she is pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Arkansas State University and working toward becoming an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer.

NICOLE KING
BS, CSCS
Flatline Fitness Head Coach and Corrective Exercise Specialist
Nicole received her BS in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University in 2016 and has been training ever since. She holds certifications as an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist. Nicole specializes in general, sport, and post-injury strength training, focusing on form and building clients to their optimal health and fitness level.
